If you would like to get licensed for use of the words “got beef” on clothing, housewares, or spice rubs, then you must fill out this application and send it to us. Licensing is good for one year upon approval unless you choose the 3 year option. . Make sure to fill out the form in it’s entirety initialing all sections.
